Hello Reader, Happy May! Doesn't it feel good to know we're getting closer and closer to summer? We've had some gorgeous sunny days here in western Washington with temps in the 70s. We all just want to be outside soaking up the sun! If you've been following me on social, you may know that I spent the last two weeks setting up my first booth at an antique mall. It finally opened on Thursday! I was so nervous it wouldn't do well, but I've already sold a handful of things and made a dent in my rent payment. Whew! You can make a little batch with about 1 cup of alcohol and 5-6 beans, although you can certainly make a bigger batch if you'd like. I'll go over all the details and guide you through it in the call! Feel free to reference my Vanilla Extract Cheat Sheet for more details, but no need to make it complicated if that stresses you out. Vanilla extract is easy peasy!
