🍁 10 Ways to Use Maple Syrup

Hi, Reader,

Are you a maple fan, too? We always have maple syrup in the fridge and we use it all the time!

It's great in sweet preparations, but also pairs wonderfully with savory flavors, too.

Plus, I love that it comes from a tree! If only we had sugar maples here...I'd love to try making my own sometime. Have you ever made your own?? I'd love to know!

Since this is still such a cozy time of year, I wanted to share some of my favorite maple-infused recipes and creations to inspire you.

You really can't go wrong with them!

(P.S. If you only try *just one recipe*, this is the one I recommend.)

🍁 10 Ways to Use Maple Syrup

Maple Whipped Cream

We often use maple when we're making whipped cream because it adds sweetness AND flavor. So nice on pumpkin pudding cups or your favorite fall pies!

Hazelnut Granola

Roasted hazelnut butter + maple syrup = my new favorite granola. We devoured this one in no time!

Maple Walnut Cream Cheese

Similar to the whipped cream, maple adds sweetness and flavor to make this spreadable maple walnut cream cheese extra delicious.

Vanilla Infused Maple Syrup

Believe me - this recipe is basically too simple to call a "recipe," but it's one of my all-time favorites. The vanilla and maple work together so well. I keep this in my fridge for anytime I want to take my fresh milled flour pancakes over the top.

Maple Bacon Recipe

You do need a mixture of maple and bacon for this one and yes, it's quite decadent, but it is SO good. It's nice for special occasions!

Cardamom Maple Syrup

This infused syrup is another easy way to transform the flavor of maple to serve over pancakes or French toast.

Sweet and Savory Air Fryer Walnuts

Maple is the perfect vehicle for sweetness and works great with the rosemary and red pepper flakes. I love these toasted walnuts on my salads!

Cinnamon Maple Syrup

You just need 1-2 cinnamon sticks and maple syrup for this one. Makes the best lattes, too!

Smoky Spicy Hatch Green Chile Meatloaf

Yep, there's maple in this! I love using maple syrup in my meatloaf glaze. It really balances the smoky, spicy flavors.

Maple-Sweetened Pumpkin Butter

This is a three-ingredient pumpkin butter recipe that uses homemade pumpkin butter, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice. It's seriously good!

We used it in homemade pumpkin pancakes last fall and absolutely loved it. (We tried it with canned pumpkin puree too, but holy smokes, homemade pumpkin puree is way better).

Hey, there! Are you seeing signs of spring in your neck of the woods? It felt like winter was never going to end, and then one day, I noticed I could hear the frogs croaking while I was throwing the ball for my dog at the park. Then I realized the birds were going wild, chirping and singing in the woods. And then I started to notice flowers emerging. Last fall, we had to tear out two dead bushes from our front yard, and planted dozens of daffodils and tulips. The flower bulbs have started to...
